What are the options for build-to-suit or bespoke solutions?
At GSBC, we develop high-quality bespoke facilities rather than standard industrial buildings. A single building can combine industrial space, offices, production, laboratories and supporting functions. Options include cleanrooms, automated logistics up to approximately 22 metres, climate-controlled industrial space, and short- and extended-stay facilities. The combination of tailored design, strategic location and 6 MVA guaranteed power makes bespoke development at GSBC highly distinctive.
Can my organisation expand or downsize in the future?
